This is where you will find answers to to some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about our royalty free Acid and REX loops & Zebra patches products. We also provide a brief explanation about the royalty free sounds usage license that we grant our customers, in regards to how you can use our loops and patches in your very own music. An important note about coupon code discounts. And last but not least there is of course some helpful advice about what to do if you are having download problems with any of our royalty free products. Onward to the FAQ.

Please note : Your download email will contain links to both Acidized .wav and REX formats of our royalty free loop sample sets. No more accidentally choosing the wrong format at checkout.

Are Perimeter Sound products royalty free ?

Yes. You can use our Acid and REX loops & Zebra patches in commercial music without paying an additional licensing fee beyond your purchase cost. You may not resell or redistribute them though as we retain all copyrights.

Is the discount coupon code I have good for any purchase, or just a certain product ?

Typically the coupon discount codes are good for all products. In some cases they will be only for a specific product or products and that will be noted.

Are your products downloads ?

Yes. When you have completed your transaction you will be sent a secure & encrypted link from our partners at FastSpring. If you do not receive your download link e-mail in a timely fashion, please be sure to check your junk mail folder first, and then see the contact information below.

Am I allowed to make a backup copy ?

Yes. In fact we encourage you to, since your download link will expire a week or two after your purchase. You are free to make a backup copy on disc or on another hard drive (or both as long as it is only used by you) for your own use later in case a computer failure of some kind makes you unable to use the original copy you downloaded.
